I will eat healthy. I am focusing on realistic portions and choosing not to consume, multiple deserts and/or excessive snacking/grazing.
In my heart of hearts I know I can do this.

Working on making eating and exercising a smooth easy part of my life style while simultaneously not obsessing over food and rarely feeling satisfied.
Some life goals:
1) Update the apartment
a) pictures
i)buy one more picture and rearrange pictures in living room
ii)update/ add new pictures to the fridge
2) Save for and plan a trip for Summer 2015
What I did in 2014 that was left over from 2013 BUT IT GOT DONE:
1)Regular savings for a new car currently there are over 200K on my car [WaHooo!! I did that Aug/Sept of 2014]
2)Finish all the insurance paperwork for the summer 2013 trip so I can get some money back. [WaHooo!! I did that Aug of 2014 got -some money back- better than nothing perhaps I should keep trying the insurance co prob owes me abt 500.00 more dollars]
I am feeling fat,
Got in to a fender bender yesterday. No one hurt. Just a hassle.
A year and a half of dating my boyfriend. Feeling grumpy bz I am not engaged . . . have to write it down.
Haven’t exercised all week
½ a English muffin w/ some jelly on it
Coffee from the coffee house w/ some skim milk in it
