Goal
To be 130 lbs and have muscles instead of rolls of sagging skin and fat


my notes
Scale battery died 3 years ago and finally got a new one. I've gained 15 lbs in that time. Ugh, I was already overweight and now I've got more to lose.


workout
standing leg kickbacks
25 each leg
need to vacuum didn't want to lay on carpet lol and by the time I decided I am seriously going to do this, didn't have time for an entire workout. Need suggestions for a workout too.
