Goal
Right now... somewhere... someone is doing what it takes to get what they want... and what YOU want.
Are YOU willing to do what it takes to get what YOU want?!?!

PROJECT BAD ASS
Start August 11, 2013
End Dec 21, 2013

Phase 1 (Aug 11 - 24)
120 minutes minimum of exercise per week and 3 mile long run (that’s without walking which I have not done for a long time!)
Following phases (4 weeks each):
Phase 2: 180 minutes per week and 5 mile long run
Phase 3: 240 minutes per week and 6 mile long run
Phase 4: 300 minutes per week and 7 mile long run
Phase 5: 360 minutes per week and 8 mile long run

my notes
Decided to skip the trail & train try it class last night. It was rainy all day and since they said it would be inside on treadmills if it was raining I didn't think it would be worth it.
And I had to switch my hair appt with my trainer session for tomorrow which turns out to mean I won't see him at all this week.
But I am still trying to get my ass out of bed for workouts in the morning... so far no luck but there is always tomorrow!

Also still trying to figure out what to do as far as my eating. I can't go back to the obsessive calorie counting but I have to do something. I just feel uncomfortable all the time with the extra pounds and with the warmer weather coming I will be screwed as far as clothes that I can wear for work.
I also have got to find a way to get myself away from the kitchen after dinner so I'm not doing the mindless compulsive eating all night. I know if I stop that then I would be cutting out 500 to 1000 cals per day at least (most days anyway).

Besides just feeling so lumpy I know the extra pounds make my workouts harder. I mean I can't imagine trying to run carrying that sandbag I bought but yet I am running with that much extra weight on my body now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
