Finally starting to see some weight loss! Now if I could just cut out the wine I think I could get this extra weight off. So, starting today I am gong to do 30 days of no drinking. Start weight = 138.5 and my hope is to lose 4 pounds by the end of the 30 days (about a pound a week).
-1 soy latte with cinnamon
-1 boiled medium sweet potato
-left over bulgur and cannelloni bean salad (fat free)
-few bites celery sticks
Note: the vinaigrette for the bugler and bean salad was a blend of frozen thawed corn (1/2 cup), 1 large tomato, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
