Lose 25+
Become healthier and maintain progress


my notes
Going to give weight with goal..
Was 11 lbs from goal for Mexico trip...gained 6 there and since...getting back on track


workout
Walked dogs, yoga and light rebounding


breakfast
Coffee, sweetner
Eggs, sausage and handful tomatoes
2 cheats, coffee, sausage


lunch
Coffee, sweetner
1/2 serving Caesar salad with grilled chicken, side of spinach, papoadeaux
1 dressing1 croutons 1 chicken 1 spinach, sure it had oil


snacks
Banana
Free 1st fruit of day


dinner
