Goal
sacrifice is giving up something good for something better

my ultimate goal is to someday compete in a bodybuilding contest

workout
1/2 hour legs, 20 min arc trainer - cardio


breakfast
1/2 c oatmeal. 2 egg whites. 2 c water with lemon and fiber


lunch
turkey, broccoli, 2 c water


snacks
2 c water with protein powder, glutamine and fiber

2 c water, yogurt, blueberries


dinner
flounder, broccolirabe, 2 c water
