Hey! Good luck on your weigh -in tomorrow. I've been weighing in on Mondays and some girls in one of my groups suggested I do a different day so the weekend doesn't show up on the scale. I think for now I'll do both. It will give me a better judge on what I've done over the weekend. If I've done great during the week I won't want to ruin it with a bad weekend.
Anyway, hope you've gotten back in gear!!

Hello,

You may want to try shakeology. My wife has been taking it since she had our first child almost 2 years ago and has added it to her daily diet.

I seen where you are trying to get the scale to move (in the right direction). I'd like to suggest to you to try drinking more water. I was on a plateau a couple months ago, and after trying more exercise and less calories with no success, I finally took the suggestion of drinking more water. Just like magic my plateau was over, and I started losing weight again. Anyway, that's what works for me, counting calories, eating less (about 1700 calories average a day), exercising about three times a week for at least 30 minutes, and drinking plenty of water.

Hello! I saw you said you were going to move to Spokane? That's great. My husband is from there. I lived there for a few years too, that's where I met him. We both miss it, he misses it a lot more obviously! Good luck!
