1. Eat at meals until I am 3/4 full
2. Eat mostly plants (including reasonable amounts of whole grains, red wine, & dark chocolate!)
3. Only eat half of any meal that is "dinner" (go to bed empty)
4. Fully enjoy three bites of anything that is a treat
5. Lift weights

Abbreviations: WW-whole wheat HM-homemade LO-left over dd-dear daughter (dh-dear husband, and so on)

my notes
almost 1600 calories today, just finished a small bowl of chocolate ice cream
my diet planner starts w sunday, so, this is not the best start. well, nowhere to go but up,or down, or whatever
weight has stayed the same
am taking a break from churning out some more job applications. I don't suppose anyone knows anybody at the state museum of Iowa. Nah? well, that's ok

45 min scrubbing walls/painting prep

same same

5 oz baked potato w salsa
mixed greens
5 triscuits

am. 1 oz cheese dainish pastry, half oz trail mix, the absolute last choc pb cup
pm. WW bagel half w hummus & sprouts

1/2 c. brown rice (100 cal)
5 pot-sticker dumplings (Trader joes) (160 cal)
3/4c. choc ice cream (230 cal)
