1. Eat at meals until I am 3/4 full
2. Eat mostly plants (including reasonable amounts of whole grains, red wine, & dark chocolate!)
3. Only eat half of any meal that is "dinner" (go to bed empty)
4. Fully enjoy three bites of anything that is a treat
5. Lift weights

Abbreviations: WW-whole wheat HM-homemade LO-left over dd-dear daughter (dh-dear husband, and so on)

my notes
weight 154
calories 1100 (assuming I remembered everything)
fair amt of fat today, but mostly from avocado & walnuts

maybe not

large whole wheat bread &1 egg

just had 12 oz bowl of my bean soup
& 1 wasa bread
few choc chips

I was really hungry between meals, so,
1 banana
1 wasa bread,
1 sm carrot
1 oz milk chocolate
handful walnuts (half oz)

homemade veggie burger on
half ww pita
1/4 avocado
deli cuke salad
