1. Eat at meals until I am 3/4 full
1.a. 600 calories through lunch, 450 afternoon & later
2. Eat mostly plants (including reasonable amounts of whole grains, red wine, & dark chocolate!)
3. Only eat half of any meal that is "dinner" (go to bed empty)
4. Fully enjoy three bites of anything that is a treat
5. Lift weights

Abbreviations: WW-whole wheat HM-homemade LO-left over dd-dear daughter (dh-dear husband, and so on)

Sorry no log for Friday and Saturday, don't even bother looking.
Actually I ate "normally" at about a maintenance level, so the scale was still ok this morning. Would like to preserver at a diet level, though. How much would I eat every day to sustain myself at 130 (or whatever) instead of 150ish?
Fresh start today.

Couldn't decide between an hike and a nursery trip to buy plants. Missed the hike start time and then went online to find the nursery closed Suns. So I guess that means a neighborhood walk, and yard work
2.25 mi 40 min brisk walk, a little chilly for gardening today

I also bought a 3 oz choc bar at the market Friday, have been going through that
