Started from 163 pounds as historical high 3 years ago, my goal is to reach 130 pounds and to maintain forever.
Weight Loss Result:
2010 Jul 1 - 156 pounds-> 2010 Nov 6 - 139
2011 Jul 10 - 149
2011 Oct 21 - 137 (Fat 23.7%)
2012 Jan 23 - 128lbs = I have reached my goal already :D
2013 Jul 4 - 131 Cool! I've been maintaining my weight around 130 for more than a year already :D
Did a 10k run yesterday, can feel the extra weigh on my body...
