My plan: |
Re start my 6 week get in shape to get in shape plan.
Start with going to the pool regularly
add weight training and when my legs are ready
start using the eliptical trainer.

I need the most help with: |
menu planning. When I plan ahead and have healthy food in the house all goes well. Cooking on the weekends and freezing meals keeps me from indulging when I come home late from work
