I am turning 40 this month (7/06), am a mom to 3 beautiful kids (8, 4, and 2), and I work full time from my home office in Brunswick, ME. I started off this year with a firm committment to health - working out almost daily, eating very lean, and I lost 20 pounds by March. SInce then, I have been very erratic - not nearly as consistent w/ working out and eating anything and everything ; ) I really want to get back on the health kick, and eventually lose another 50 pounds by year end.

I'm a very energetic person. I love my job, and am happy with myself even though I am over weight. I love the out doors, cookin, gardening, and going out. Iam single and live alone. I have found that living alone makes me lazy and sluggish.

I am 31 and my weight has fluctuated along with relationships. I was 270lbs when I was 26 and lost 60lbs in 6 months. I kept it off until 2 years ago. I got lazt and go back to 262lbs. I have now lost 10lbs on the last month and would like to get back to 210lbs. Wrok is sitting in a chair all day so that doesn't help.

I'm 41 yr old dad of 2 little girls. They're great and I'm gaining weight like a mad man. I'm heavier than I've ever been and need to loose weight and live healthier. I don't have a support structure to help keep me on track. I found this site and I hope that there are others out there in my same situation.

Mother of two, 15 and 11; gained and lost the same 20 pounds three times. This time I'm working with a nutritionist and trainer to make an attempt at permanent weight control. I work part time as an early childhood music specialist.

I am 5'10" and 45, married with 3 college age sons. I work from home. I would like to get back into a daily exercise routine.

I am 37 year old working mother. Have always been 10-15 pounds overweight all my life. But since I am tall - have been able to carry it off. Now that my youngest is 10 months old - and I am now - 30 pounds overweight. Want to desperately lose all of it.

I am going to be a senior in college....... I am not fat, but could stand to lsoe a good 10 pounds to feel more attractive to myself, my boyfriend and my peers.

39, live in the great northwest and have a great size to match. I used to think I was baudy and funny. Now I am fat and on a mission to change that.

um..I got an email message saying this group was for me BUT are there any guys here? hmmm....

I'm a corporate trainer part-time and also work part-time for a high tech company in Seattle, focusing on internal communications and leadership training.

Im about to be 21 (at the end of july) I had a real bad neck injury in january from snowboarding and spending 12 weeks on a couch in a neckbrace destroyed my health and my physical look.

I am an Executive Director, and Board Member of a company that owns and operates 4 Supermarkets in PR. I also hold an MPP from the U of C, and started my MBA in 2006. I am currently 26 years old. I was at 300 pounds until 2002, when I dropped my weight to 220. Now I am slowly, but steadily gaining weight, and I am at 258. I want to be back at 220, preferably at 210. Currently, we are openning a new store so my workload is extremely high, plus the MBA courses. I would like to concentrate on "get the job done", and use my energy on those activities, not on food. Additionally, and more importantly, I got married last year, and my wife is very fit, and I would like to join her in this culture. However, she is not a good motivator, (she admits that), so she recommended this for me. (Actually, she is typing my profile).
