28 year-old research manager. My job keeps me busy, and my boyfriend loves bacon and candy, and who can't not eat those things when they're around? I basically want to downsize my entire warbrode to size 8/10 (currently 12), and get toned arms and abs. I ran a marathon last year and thought it would help me loose weight, but i ended up gaining 8 pounds (pretty much all muscle at least, but now it's all jiggly).
