I am 44 years old, and spent the first 23 years being very athletic and the past 20 years being significantly less so. I have an athletic build but need to work out or else it's a catastrophe. I'm always surprised when I've gained weight because I have a tendency to go unconscious and slack for weeks at a time before I wake up and get back to work. My top weight was 250, I started weightwatchers a year ago at 191 and I now weigh 181. My goal weight is 145. That means I need to lose 36 pounds. Time to get cracking. Now I'm at 175 and I need to lose 30 pounds to get to goal.'

I'd lived the first 5 years w/ my grparents:-) As an adult my lowest wt was 186, when I met/married my hubby of 30 years. Our olny child was born by C-Section & that's when the pounds began to creep up and up and up to where I am now! I'd like to get back to my wedding day wt, 167, but do not know if that is REALISTIC??????????

I'm 30 yrs old, live in NYC. Now that I've hit 30, I've decided to get into the best shape of my life. Part of that means getting rid of all the little self-sabotaging things I do: emotionally eating, getting too stressed out by work, not sticking to regular eating and sleeping and exercising schedules. In short, not being the best I can be!
