I'm 29, married to a man who can pretty much eat anything he wants, with no kids and 2 dogs. I teach dyslexic kids at a private school in Atlanta - I absolutely love my job and my students. In my free time, I love to bake, but I try hard to send all my goodies to work with the hubby so that they don't sit around and tempt me. My husband and I are planning on moving to Costa Rica next year, and I would really like to be in the best shape of my life before then.

I am a second year law student who has been unable to succeed in my personal life. I have battled with weight since high school, and am ready to put an end to this.

I am a 29 year old wife and mother of two boys, 5 and 3. I started my weight loss journey 11/1/09, weighing 224 lbs. On 1/13/10 I weighed in at 205.2 lbs.

I am 30 years old, and work with kids. When I get on a diet, it may work for a little while, but then I go back to my old habbits.

I had lost 60lbs when participating in a bootcamp, my head got too big, and thought it's ok to eat some bad foods sometimes. Well, the unhealthy foods added up and I went from 139 and 21% bodyfat to presently 177 and 34.8% body fat. I don't have a trainer anymore or no one to hold me accountable. Can't do bootcamps due to injuries. So, I am having problems with losing weight consistently. It's frustrating because I was a personal trainer and quit because I wasn't practicing what I was preaching. I want my weight to be gone. My problems are emotional eating, binge eating, no moderation, and inconsistency.

32 years, work, school, no play

I am 48 years old, married stay at home mom who recently has been "retired" due to an empty nest. I am fairly healthy in my habits but have struggled with weight most of my adult life (although not in a big way... always trying to get off the 5-8 pounds) I exercise regularly; walking, zumba, elliptical trainer and have finally added in circuit training ( I really enjoy aerobic exercise but the weight lifting... not so much)
