I need some help! I am female, 17 years old, and recently lost about 30 or 35lbs. I now fluctuate between 130/135, 5'7. However, I've done this by eating about 1200 calories a day and running for the past 10 months.I lost the weight in the first 4months, and now want to rid myself of the last few stubborn pounds of fat around my tummy. I've started strength training and Hiit, and been doing this for about 7 weeks, and have seen some improvement, but not much. How long will it take for me to burn off this last fat? I know i can do it, I know i will becasue i won't give up. Is my metabolism shot? I'm unsure about what i've done wrong. Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks-
