I'm over 60, a grandmother of 5, retired with my husband retired, I'm a reader, I play Words with Friends and Canasta on my Nook. I like to walk outside.

I recently graduated 2 daughters with jobs and I have one h.s. senior. I'm in a place to redefine my future. I want a healthy weight to be part of it. I'm also going back to school in the fall for my doctorate.
