Other Info: hopefully the people who join will be in their 20's I want us all to have a goal of up to 50 pounds to lose. I personally have 20 -30 to lose.

I am a 28 year-old busy professional who has been very lax with dining out, overeating, and not exercising.


i am a 25 yr.old married mother of 3. i work two jobs and my fulltime job is the grave yard shift. i am always on the go.i currently weight 280 pounds. i have gained a substancial amount of weight after my third child and working nights has not helped one bit. i am also one step away of getting a lap-band done but somthing told me to just try to lose the weight on my own first. my husband a stay at home dad and does most of the cooking in the house and i let him because im always on the go and i have no time to make healthy meals. my husband does cook healthy at times but he also enjoys alot of fried foods and carbs i my self like qiuck meals because i am not kitchen friendly.i have been doing the points diet and in three weeks i have lost 6 pounds .my sister and mother in law are currently doing the points diet with me the only thing is that my sister in law does all of my lunches and dinners so i would like to do my meals on my own for my sake and my family's. i dont go to there support groups so im glad that i found this web site for support


Divorced (3 years), 36, 2 kids (19 boy, 12 girl), gained about 50 lbs in the past 2 years, want to be more active, eat better and lose the weight for GOOD.
