I'm OUT of the 200's today and NEVER to return to this size!
I was at 210 back in 1998, but kept it off for more than 14 years, but after gaining on my honeymoon and going through 2 miscarriages, the weight crept back up. It just goes to show that without exercise, and portion control, the weight can come back.
