I'm a 44 year old mom in the process of launching two teens and embracing the next season of my life. I will be reentering the workplace soon and need to have a healthy body, mind and spirit.

I am a 55 year old wife, mom and Gram. I work in banking and I am also a writer (so far unpublished).

44 grandmother of 1 and mother to 2 boys... married to a great man who loves at all sizes... wanting to get healthy and stay healthy for me! all kinds of issues run in my family -- heart disease, diabetes, hypertension... Been gluten free for 4 years now.. I also have hashimoto's disease from years of not being diagnosed correctly with thyroid issues...

I'm a 34 year old mother. I'm a stay at home mom to three children.

I am a 51 y/o mother of multiple teens, with a wonderful supportive husband. I am also a high school nurse who is seeing more and more that we are not caring for our bodies in a healthy manner. We are slaves to convenience at any cost so we can cram more and more things into our already hectic schedules. We need to learn how to care for ourselves so we can teach our children how to care for themselves. I fully believe we can heal our illnesses and diseases by choosing a healthier lifestyle.

Stay-at-home mom of 2, I am a full time student & home-school both children.

I'm a 44 year old Mom with an 11 year old son and a 3 year old son. I'm interested in health and am excited to be doing this. Trying to find a sustainable way of eating for me and my family that is healthy and doable.

I will be 61 at the end of May. I'm a single, never married, librarian. I have three cats. I love reading and enjoy meeting with my close friends. I'm active at my church and am committed to my relationship with Christ. I love people, but I also enjoy solitude and probably isolate myself too much. I'm very lazy about preparing foods and know I should eat more fresh fruit and veggies. I have a weakness for sheet cake and chocolate.

I am an artist working as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Hope to retire soon and express more of who I am with educating children about peace.

I am 56 years old and will become a grandma in August. My two children are each in the Army, neither is stationed close by, but both, thankfully, are in the US. My husband and I are blessed to have two shelter VIszla mix dogs.to keep us company now that our children are out of the nest.

I'm 59, a mother of three and I work full time. I have a wonderful, supportive husband, great kids, but a very demanding, stressful job.

I'm 56, married and have 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren; 6 and 3 yr old granddaughters and a 3 yr old grandson.

42 years old

36 year old mom of one great son. Happy in general and usually very optimistic about life. Having trouble with weight my whole life. Hate to exercise but do it anyway (sort of)

I am a special education teacher and a part-time student. I have a great family and an adorable Cane Corso. I enjoy interesting things and funny people. I hope to travel to Thailand as soon as possible and have daydreams of learning to armbar my boyfriend.

I'm a stay at home mom of two beautiful children(6&7). I gained 60 with my first and maintained with my second. I've lost 25 on my own by changing up workouts and slowly changing my diet. I've been stuck for the last two years and it's really frustrating.

Am a 66-year-old grandmother of 12. Oldest just graduated college and got a job the day after she graduated. Awesome. I used to teach aerobic dancing (kind of like Zumba) in my 30's. Thought I would never have a weight problem again since I discovered healthy eating around the same time. But here I am. One thing about me, I never give up, so I know I will get this figured out eventually.

I have been a Christian since I was a child. I have been married 47 years and have two grown children. My husband and I are both retired.

I'm 53 and tired of being overweight. I will get no support from my husband on my "diet" so I will need all the encouragement I can get from this site/team. My daughter (in college) has celiac disease. I suspect I have gluten intolerance that has affected my thyroid. I'm also a sugar fiend and want to stop that.

I am a working Mom with 2 active boys who play baseball, ice hockey and surf. We love the beach so I don't want to be the middle age mom at the beach all covered up. I also had the boys later in life so I an older than most of the other mom's in my boys classes. After turning 45, the fat went straight to my belly!!!!! I just want to be a healthy example for my kids and still look good on the beach.

I'm 56 and fairly active. Had been doing pretty intense workouts up until about a year ago. Injuries have slowed me down. Trying to find that right balance between my my exercise and nutrition.

My name is Monica. I'm 41 years old and married with no children. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 6 years with IVF and I'm pretty sure that has been instrumental in my recent weight gain. --- I have a muscular build thanks to my parents so I've always looked lighter than I actually was, which always got me a prize at carnivals. I hold on to muscle and build muscle easily, but lately it's gotten less and less easy to lose extra pounds. I've done a lot of different diets after I turned 30. I tried weight watchers, Atkins, HCG, Paleo. WW was a joke. Atkins and HCG geve me the best results, but I couldn't keep the weight off. Paleo ended up being too restrictive. --- I'm at a place now were I just don't have it in me to go to extremes to lose weight. I don't want to set myself up for more failure. This plan looks like the first thing in a long time that I can actually live with. All I have to do is count to 10 every day. I can do that.

I am a 36 year old, Mom, Wife and business owner. I love food good and bad. I am an emotional eater.

40 yo female. I have a desk job that unfortunately means that I sit too much during the day. Since starting this job 10 years ago, I have gradually gained 20 pounds. Would like to lose that plus another 30.

Single mom, working 2 jobs just to get by, blah blah. I am sure you have heard it all before lol. Bottom line is I have managed to lose about 60 lbs over the last few years but seem to struggle past that. I seem to bounce between a 10 lb range and right now it is UP! I just need to get focused and finish what I started. I am an emotional eater so when things seem to get tough in my life it has a major impact on my weight loss efforts.

Age 73

Just turned 53 in April. I have a husband of 10 yrs and a 12 yr old daughter. I'm currently doing the 21 Day Fix by BeachBody & I also jog.

Mother of 2

38 yrs old, 3 kids, 1 grand baby, work full time, married.

58 year old. Married with one son. Husband had a stroke 6 years ago, is doing ok, but it has been really stressful. We have both gained weight, and now I weigh as much as when I was pregnant. Hope this program will jumpstart some long needed changes in my habits. Looking forward to helping each other succeed.

I will be 70 in September. Been retired 10 years and have a home based embroidery business which keeps me busy. I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis which have effected my sacrum and hip joints. My exercise has to be low impact. My husband had 2 open heart surgeries since October of 16. The second one was due to staph infection of the heart valve that was replaced in October. Stressful. I put on 20 pounds of the 30 I had lost. I feel defeated right now and been searching for a quick fix. I realize there isn't one. There is so much diet information out there, "eat this, don't eat that", do this first thing in the morning, do this before you go to bed" My head is spinning. So I came back to the PeerTrainer and doing the shakes and taking the Berberine I ordered a while back.. That seemed to work the best for me.

I'm a grandmother and have been retired for a year and a half. I'm very thankful for the new crop of activists dedicated to getting scientifically sound health information out there. I'm pretty disgusted with the traditional medical community for leading me astray for so many years and letting me get so sick. Thankfully thats in the past.

I lost most of the baby weight after my daughter was born, but not all. And then after 2001 I gained almost 70 pounds. Since 2002 I've lost in increments and created new plateaus. I now want to lose the next 35 pounds and reach my goal. I'm 64 years old and have suffered from asthma and arthritis for 25 years. it is time to heal and be fit!

42 year old mother of active 8 & 3 year old who is a stay at home home mom and family manager.

I am 64, own a travel agency and am a grandmother with a very busy grandson

I am a licensed social worker, mother of 4 boys (3 are adults a living independently and 1 at home). I am happily married to my best friend for 27 years. I am also a recovering addict of 25 years. Even though I try to work out I lose nothing but my motivation and I quit.

60.....always been active but metabolism seems slower. Motivation lacking as result. Help!!!

50 years old (and loving it). 3 Teens/Tweens + 1 Husband + 1 Dog = Adrenal Stress. :-) I have learned that to live my "best life"…I have to avoid gluten, sugar, chocolate bars, and cocktails…sadly dairy is not my friend either. I cut out grains this January and don't miss them!

I am 53 yrs old and although that's not really old, I have been too tired and stressed for too long. I've been getting sick all year and I really have been quite hopeless about everything. I have back degenerative disk disease that is made worst by all the extra weight. I want to feel optimistic & energetic again.

I am a 37 year old married, mother of two, I've tried all the diets but am my heaviest ever (150 lbs at 5 ft tall)!!! I feel so ready to get healthy and enjoy life. I have Lyme disease so fatigue is a constant battle and sometimes my remedies make me feel like crud.

Stay-at-home homeschool mom to four kids. Married to my college sweetheart. Love baking, photography, sewing and being in the sunshine. Trying to learn to knit and crochet. Avid reader. Want to be a good example to my kids. 31 years old.

I finally woke up a few months ago when I started having skin issues - rashes on hand and legs; swelling in my ankles; and I couldn't lose weight no matter what I did yet it kept creeping up on me. I started eating veggies, fruits, and lean meats. By the time I found this program I had lost 12 lbs. But I got the book, read it, learned a lot, and started incorporating what I had learned with what I was doing. I've lost another 3 lbs. Yay! I'd like to lose another 15 lbs and I know I'll need the support of this program.

I am a stay at home mom. I have 4 children and have been married for 23 years. I gained most of my weight with each pregnancy but never ever lost it my oldest child is 21!! So it's been a long time dream to just get rid of this weight for once and for all! I have had small successes here and there but I always manage to sabotage my efforts.

I am 48 years old , 5'2 and 129 pounds.

I've always been an athlete, but I'v always loved to eat! I do well when I have accountability, but it seems that I always pick people who are struggling just as much as I am and who make it easy for me to bail as well. I'm hoping this site will offer some permanent accountability!

48 yrs old female, 5'4" & 280 lbs. Formerly fit, but battled illness & stress. Looking to rebound!

I'm almost at my goal weight, but every time I hit the mark, I bounce back up a few pounds. My aim for Point of No Return is to get to 154 and not ever see 155 again. In the last few years I've lost 70 pounds, and realistically, I think that's enough at my age. I just don't want to gain any of it back.

67 years old. Weight has been an issue all my life and I have been up and down the scale. At my age, weight is no longer as much of a vanity issue as it is a health issue. Hoping the Cheat System will be the food plan I can finally stick to.

I've got about 28 pounds to lose to get down into my healthy range..."12 or 13 kg" sounds less daunting to me, so I'm going with that...whatever works! I put on about 50 pounds with chemo eight years ago...the steroids, I'm told, accounted for about half of that...so I am trying to lose now the extra I got from eating-to-feel-better. Chemo kicked me into (and through) menopause, but the slower metabolism isn't doing me any favors, alas. For work, I travel about 50% of the time, and have used that as an excuse not to eat right about 50% of the time also. I'm married, with a daughter (physician) and a granddaughter (who is, of course, perfect in every way!), will retire this year and start law school next year-- a lifelong plan :) -- so I'd like to get rid of these excess pounds now...

I have struggled with weight all my life. I was overweight in middle school and obese most of my adult life. At my largest I weighed about 245 and was a size 24. In 2007 I joined Weight Watchers and lost a lot of weight - I achieved a healthy weight for the first time as an adult at the end of that year. At one point I got down to 145 but my comfortable weight is 150. In the past couple years, though, I have been overeating compulsively (triggered by emotions - my mother passed away from cancer). I am now struggling at about 165 and I really really want to get back to where I was. Most of my clothes don't fit. I have had to give in and buy larger sizes but I still have only a few things. I don't like where I am. But I haven't been able to stay on track. I am looking for support!
