2 cups ground walnuts
2 cup dry stuffing, small pieces
1 cup soymilk
1 egg, beaten
1/8 cup dry malt-o-meal mix
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce 
1+ Tbsp garlic powder
1+ Tbsp onion powder
1/2 cup water

Mix all ingredients together.  Mixture should be moist, but very dense.  Place in a greased loaf pan.  Cover with ketchup, BBQ sauce or make a sweet and sour sauce with ketchup, jelly, honey and lemon juice.  Bake at 350 degrees for 60 - 75 minutes.  Serves 10 thick slices.  I had enough to also make 13 small golf ball sized meatballs to freeze for a future meal.
