Water, ketchup (water, tomato paste, glucose-fructose, white vinegar,salt, spices), sugar, white vinegar, spices, canola oil, brown sugar,buttermilk (milk ingredients, salt, baterial culture), cream (milk,cream, sodium citrate, disodium phosphate, carrageenan), glucose, salt,milk ingredients, tomato paste, modified corn starch, garlic powder,onion powder, xanthan gum, seasoning, potassium sorbate, papain, colour.

Recipe: Tandoori Chicken with Pineapple

3 cups (750 mL)
sliced onions
19 oz (540 mL)
pineapple slices drained with juices reserved
1 cup (250 mL)

1 tbsp (15 mL)
chopped fresh coriander

An exotic sauce, inspired by traditional Indian Tandoori cuisine, perfect for marinating and grilling chicken.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C).
  2. Spread onions over bottom of 13 x 9-inch (3 L) baking dish.Arrange pineapple slices on top. Pour 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the reservedpineapple liquid and 1/2 cup (125 mL) of the Memories of Kashmir sauceover top. (Discard remaining pineapple liquid.) Place chicken on top ofpineapple. Pour remaining Memories of Kashmir sauce over chicken. Coverpan tightly with foil.
  3. Bake in centre of oven for 40 minutes. Remove foil. Bakeanother 20 to 25 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 170 F (75 C)when thickest part of chicken is tested.
  4. Sprinkle coriander over dish before serving. Serve with PC Basmati Rice, if desired.
