If 1 teaspoon of honey has 22 calories, and 3 teaspoons equals 1 tablespoon, how can 1 tablespoon have only 50 calories?

Honey is natural, so surely it makes it better choice than many other sweeteners, especiially artificial? I'd rather have something natural anyway.
