These are so yummy! They cost $3.19 each. I just love the taste of creamy herb-ness with my fish. The pre-packed portions make it so I can enjoy a nice stuffed salmon without going overboard.

I've just heard that a TJ's will be opening in the next county; apparently the first in North Carolina. I'll definitely put these Salmon Fillets on the shopping list for my first trip there. Looks yummy!

Great news about the Trader Joes in North Carolina! I snubbed Trader Joes for the first 5 years that I lived in Seattle. I thought it was a hippy and elitist college student haven spinoff of Whole Foods. Boy was I wrong. The prices are good (especially on their dairy and desserts) and their ethnic food knockoffs are actually worthy of exploitation. I want those five years back!
