Yes and so much protein, too! But you do pay for that with some fat in it.

I love to eat these with lunch, dinner or as a snack. I buy them at my grocery store in the frozen section. I buy the salt free variety and just microwave them for about 1.5 minutes in a bowl. Delicious and good for you!

I love them in the pod...warm from the microwave. I sit cross legged on the sofa and suck them out of the pod. Totally visceral experience...one of those fun sensual treats...like sucking on lobster legs. I get them at Trader Joes for $1.50 a bag in the frozen section.
