Description:
I looooooove chocolate mint. If I wasn't afraid of boring you to tears I'd have put a ton more ooooooo's in that love too. It's one of those combinations that reminds me of warm christmas cookies and hot chocolate around the glow of the tree lights. Maybe I'm just sentimental and nostalgic, but I enjoy the warm fuzzies so I'll embrace my quirks.
Since I started trying to watch my calorie intake, I've spent an awful lot of time pouting over which tasty tidbits I had to cut, and pondering which I could simply "cheat" on and modify to fit my diet. It was a moment of pure bliss when I popped one of these in my mouth and realized that eating healthy didn't have to mean eating rabbit food.
One of these and one of the Viactiv Multi-Vitamin Chews a day has become a pretty regular dessert for me. The calcium boost helps promote strong bones, wards off osteoporosis, and helps regulate metabolism.
Vitamin D is necessary to help with the body's absorbtion of Calcium, as well as helping to maintain muscle strength, and fighting off several serious diseases including MS, Diabetes, and even Cancer.
Vitamin K is the vitamin that's responsible for blood clotting and proper circulatory system health. It has also been used to treat women with heavy menstrual cycles and cramps. It helps promote healthy bone structure, as well as preventing kidney stones. As a little known point of interest, it has even been used to treat certain varieties of snake venom, and even plays a role in fighting body odor. Who knew?
Simple, sweet, and decadent. I appreciate things like this in my life...

hmmm.. I forgot to mention that these also come in Milk Chocolate, Orange Cream, Caramel, Mocha, and Strawberry Cream. The only one I've tried that I wasn't a huge fan of was the Caramel one.
Has anyone tried the Mocha yet? I'm itching to find out what they taste like :)

Milk Chocolate is AMAZING! And, they have a rasberry one too, I don't prefer rasberry considering I don't like them anyway. But my mom has them. The chocolate one tastes like actual chocolate. Not like a protein bar or gross vitamins. It's simply delicious.
