If you want to cut the calories then getting the egg & cheese on an English Muffin, instead of this which is on a Bagel, will cut out 190 calories and still be quite filling. And if only they had priced the food per calorie, many of us would already be a lot thinner! The fat is a little on the high side. And the sodium is a little scary.
(Hmmmm, I wonder if it's possible to ask for them hold the weird cheese. Next time I shall investigate - powerfrau.)
