milk is my friend :D if you're ever bored of drinking plain milk and looking for something a little more interesting try adding a dash of cinnamon and cardamom and about a half a teaspoon or so of vanilla extract. As long as the little lumps of spices don't bother you it makes it taste just different enough to be a nice treat :)

Heat up a mug of milk in the microwave, and then drop in a Chai Spice Teabag and let it steep for 5 mins or more. The result is a spicy milk drink with all the cinammony, cardamomy, vanilla-y tastes of the above suggestion, but without any "lumps of spices". Adding a teaspoon of honey makes it the ideal winter afternoon, or before bedtime drink. (If the caffeine of the teabag will bother you, buy decaf teabags!)
