These traditional wheat-flour noodles are made with egg whites only, no yolks, so they're lighter than typical Italian style pastas. They're all-natural, and very low in fat. Make it simple

Shanghai Scallion Noodles - Cook and drain Chow Mein Noodles as directed on package. Brown sliced green onions in a few tablespoons of oil. Toss noodles in pan with green onions; add a splash of vinegar and soy sauce and a pinch of salt. Easy and comforting.
