Coleslaw [Regular] (230 cal/17 g fat/9 g fiber/20 g carbs) ww pnts: 4 (5)
Why are there two point values?
Weight Watchers modified the point system plan, where you can only count 4 grams of fiber for any food item, and the rest is ignored. This modification was because people were abusing it and eating high fiber foods in order to make the points seem lower.

What about the ones with the hairy brown bumpy peeling that look like old cartoon drawings of time bombs? Do you just peel that off and eat the inside? How do you know when they're ripe? And, please, how bad do they really smell---are we talking overripe bananas or decomposing bodies on battlefield? I'm curious but apprehensive.
