my notes
today's a no nut day too many yesterday... also upping my water to 80 oz and today is 60 min of exercise. two days on two days off is my new routine, but i have to push harder and longer on the two days on. i have a friend helping me. hes watching my logs and txts me with reminders. i feel focused.


workout
60 min of run/walking with the kids.. we did some jump rope and walking lunges between.

squat challenge- 60 squats- 5 lb weights

switch kicks- 1 min
jump rope- 1 min

clean and press 30 reps 5 lb weights
tricep press back both arms - 5 lb weights
dumbbell swings- 5 lb weights
one arm rows- 30 reps 5 lb weights


breakfast
green smoothie- mixed greens
peas
watermelon
5 grapes
2 strawberries
coconut milk


lunch
green smoothie- mixed greens
peas
watermelon
5 grapes
2 strawberries
coconut milk


snacks
hummus and veg
1 piece of popcorn
4 triscuits
