I have now been using Peertrainer for just over a year now and it has made such a difference. I've used other food log type sites in the past but they were always so restrictive and time consuming. Here I can just type in what I did and what I ate and even complain about it all. But the best part is the connection to other people. The accountability factor is huge. Last year after joining peertrainer, I lost 20 lbs and 7% body fat through eating healthier and setting some new fitness goals. The maintainance is hard, but this site is a constant source of support for those tough days, weeks, months when I need that extra motivation and boost. Thank you peertrainer!
