Weekly Goals
- Follow training plan
- Follow ETL as closely as I can
- core work 3x/wk
- yoga and/or pilates 1x/wk
- sleep at least 7 hrs/night 4x/wk
Longer range goals:
- Make consistently healthy choices on eating, stop binge eating, and get to a point where I feel comfortable in my body.
- Lower body fat to less than 18%
2009 Events:
January - century bike ride
April - HIM
June - olympic tri
July - swim/run race (1 mile swim / 10K run)
July - 1.5 mile swim race
September - 10 mile swim relay if I can get a team together
October - MS Ride - 150mile bike ride
October - HIM
