36 calories, and 4 grams of fat in a "pat" of butter.
According to Jonny Bowden, PhD, "butter, raised from pasture-fed, organically raised cows, is a wonderful and healthy food."

Butter is one diet that I prefer to take daily with bread. The calories associated with the butter astonish me and I never had any idea of this. Thanks for a briefing of the important nutritional calories associated with it. Cadillac footwear
