another great tip for this product is cube a low fat ham steak and add to this to get the protein needed for your program
i use costco/brand as low in fat and high protein (comes fully cooked)
i also brown in a skillet b4 adding (cubed)
this gives me a 200-300 cal lunch but it fills me up plenty
also has 8 grms fiber ! i use entire can for lunch and heat for 3 min in microwave !
