Seasoned, dairy free, vegetarian soy nuggets breaded with stone ground whole wheat flour.  They come frozen and can be microwaved.

They have quite a strange flavour, and I generally don't like it, so I douse them with ketchup to mask it. I think the TJ's Chickenless Nuggets (also with soy) taste much better, but unfortunately those are meant for the oven only (no microwaving) and they are somewhat more expensive than these ones, so I tend to go for the soy nuggets more often than not. I wish I knew why they tasted so weird. At least it stops me from bingeing on them, I suppose.

Ingredients: water, textured soy protein, soy protein isolate, rice starch, spices, toasted onion, salt, sea salt, dehydrated celery, garlic powder, carrageenan, maltodextrin.
Battered/breaded/browned with: water, yellow corn flour, corn starch, sea salt, spices, expeller pressed canola oil, organic unbleached stone ground whole wheat flour, yeast, sea salt, barley malt extract.
