Goal
Eat clean, unprocessed, healthy food, limit portions. Loose 20 pounds. Goal weight 135

CR1 Eat sitting down only ( never in car) ( never in front of tv)
CR2. Greens daily
CR3. Salad 5 days a week

CR4. Excercise daily, using floor excercises for now till ankle improves
