I was completely stressed out and pulled out a bag of cookies I made the other day for my husband and his friends. I, after being in a rush all day and stressed from my boss, I ate the remaining cookies today....all 9 of them. :(
Tomorrow is a new day and I will not do this again!

My cravings are for one of two things:
Carbs or fat!
Chocolate/chips or cheese. Today I am good, I'll for sure post on a day where that's not the case.

Carbs are huge for me i love, chips pasta anything like that rice, risotto and yes i know they are both rice... but oh they taste sossosososo good

My major craving is Potato Chips. I haven't eaten any chips for just over 1 month now - since I started PT. I have craved it, and there were opportunities for me to have them - Office Chip party and Office potluck - but I stayed strong!
