I feel that my diet and fitness regimen are very good, but apparently not good enough. So a goal here is to streamline these things, and it will take support.
Weight loss is part of my goal, as I'm recovering from an injury and winter/ injury weight gain. (I'm not gifted with a fast metabolism.)
