Writing to help lose weight? Even better...

Greetings!

By now you've probably realized that you can't just take a pill to feel better. The commmitment to write, however, has shown to create an improved sense of well-being, personal control, and daily direction on peoples' lives. Joining Diet Write is a commitment to write each day about any and everything, to walk for however short a time, and to communicate with this team and share your journey on a regular basis.

This team is not for anyone who just wants to 'give it a try'. If you are willing to COMMIT to writing three pages a day ,to at least WALK daily, and to communicate with this team, you will see and feel results.

We are using guidelines from the book The Writing Diet: Write Yourself Right-Size by Julia Cameron. It is available in most Borders Bookstores and on Amazon.

I Dont Agree

I don't agree that writing to help in losing weight. I am also a management assignment writer via myassigment.I knew how writer struggles to work sitting on one seat working 8-10 hours per day, cant loses weight until and unless he/she do workout daily 1 hour.
