Feeling disgusting and bloated

I've been off plan for some time now, and gained a lot of weight back. But I'm really to get back on track, for the 1,000,000 time. I feel so gross and bloated right now and I was wondering what your trick was to help get the bloating down. Even if it's over the next few days. I'm not looking for a "lose 10 pounds in a day" type thing just something that will help me get my mind off of my stomach and how gross it feels.

I know, more water, fruit and veggies. And less sodium/processed foods. Other than that I want to know what really works for you.

"more water, fruit and veggies. And less sodium/processed foods" really works for me! + a nice walk outside (fresh air does wonders for my mood) + buying some new workout clothes that fit (helps me feel comfortable in my body). Good luck, you are not alone.

lots of yerba mate tea, and very little food in the morning. I don't do it often, but when I really feel terrible, I have a smoothie in the am, then drink mate all morning and have a very light lunch. I usually feel great by te afternoon.

If you can find it, dandelion tea is a natural diuretic. Otherwise, I drink Fasting tea (along with lots of water, fruits, vegetables, no sodium, and no processed foods!) by Yogi to get the bloat down!

stop eating 3 hours before bedtime, drink some water 2 hours before and then sleep for 9-10 hours straight. I always wake up feeling "deflated" after this.
