Yummy Food Smells!

When I first started my lifestyle change, all those smells of pizza and baked goods used to drive me nuts!
Now I find that I can enjoy these smells and not feel tempted to eat poorly due to them. It's almost like the smell of pizza or muffins actually satsifies the craving on its own, without having to eat a bite!

I live within two blocks of about 10 nice restaurants in a downtown area. Fridays when I get home and get out of my car the smell is overwhelming. I run into my house.

I work next to a McDonalds. That smell no longer lures me in but makes me sick. All those people not even bothering to stand up and get out of their car to get their 800 cal meal. If I am going to splurge on that many calories I want it to be an EVENT - a very nice meal over several hours, with friends and family etc.
