How about:
Stir fry up some chicken breast pieces, mushrooms, water chesnuts, brocoli, carrots, etc and some citrus juice, soy sauce, a little brown sugar. This makes a tasty low calorie dinner.
Or, try those Boca burgers, I think those taste great without bread on just a few leaves of romaine with sliced tomato and some mustard. Add a small portion of brown rice, and some veg and you have a whole meal
Or an egg white omelet with all kinds of sauteed, steamed or fresh veggies, and some fat free cheese Very low calorie and yet very filling
also you can try the whole wheat pasta's those are great for you and they taste good!

OH NO! HAVE SOME FUNN! OH DEAR!
WHAT FUN IS IT TO DIET WHEN YOUR EATING STUFF LIKE BROCOLLI & A SMALL POTATO??
hehe!
eat it up girl! go for a steak! and mashed potatos!
i got some great advice one time! this lady told me to [and this sounds dumb] get a plate down, make as much fodd as you want, put as much food on the plate of everything that you would eat if you had the perfect body, and then take half of every food item away! not thinking for any results, i tried it for a week..and let me tell you! it worked! whoah!

don't go CRAZY. I mean brocoloos good here and there! but then again dont just cut back on fun things :)

Wow, 2:11, you've lost 181 lbs? That's impressive, well done!

Also, to the OP; yeah, you've got a good formula going there, but try mixing it up with different lean proteins (fish, a lean piece of steak), sweet potato, brown rice or wholewheat pasta instead of the potato, and different veggies, steamed or stir-fried in a teeny bit of oil, or a nice big salad. You could also spread a little bit of honey and mustard or sweet chilli sauce over the chicken/whatever before grilling it, for taste.

Do you like pizza? Here's another idea I love:
Take a whole wheat tortilla, spread out some pizza sauce or regular pasta sauce, put on some of the low fat or fat free shredded mozzarella cheese (some people don't like that the FF kind doesn't melt well enough but works well for me) add all kinds of sliced veg like green pepper, onions, mushrooms, even some tofu if you're into that or some boca crumbles. Put in the oven on a baking sheet at 350 for about 15 mins or so or until it is to your crisped desire and Waaalaaahhh, you have "pizza" Yum, healthy and filling!

To 2:11, 12:56 here, hmmm. 181 lbs, way to go!!! Sounds like we eat a lot a like and like you I've lost over 100 lbs and have kept it off for over 10 years so looks like it works huh? And we seems to be sticking with it because we've found substitutes for foods we used to eat (sweet potato for the regular ones, boca burger which are awesome, etc) and don't feel deprived cause we're mixing it up so much and not sticking to the same things.
Try the whole wheat tortilla pizza, it's really good!!
