Very true. In addition, if/when you go back to "normal" eating, your body hoards the calories, so starts to store the energy in anticipation of the next starvation cycle.

Yup! This is exactly why its important to remember to eat small meals throughout the day. Small meals with healthy snacks between is the way to go to keep that metabolism moving!

Some chopped up veggies and hummus, a fruit, a cup of fat free yorgurt, rice cakes, raisons, nuts.... these are all good snacks to much on.
