OMG - I LOVE THIS!! Thank you for posting. I have to give up my pizza habit. I can't stop at one slice, even two. I've been going every day because it's right next to the grocery store and I know if I just say no more pizza I will have made a big thing happen.

I am attracted to potato chips like a magnet.
I don't keep them at home because I just can't control myself with the right portions.
I would love to reach that stage in life where I will be able to eat potato chips in regular portions and not attack the packet like a crazy hungry woman.

Re: One thing?? Everything..lol
I have several one things that are my downfall but they usually involve carbs, starches mostly potatoes in any form..
I am back on PT after several months off with some major illness and surgery.. I was in the hospital for about a month and was almost at 200 (the lowest I had been since before my 13 year old was born and I had been hovering around 225 forEVER) but now I am on steroids and blowing up like a pufferfish and it is so frustrating! And I cant stop eating, and its all junk.. Im trying to refocus my brain to send good, healthy messages instead of the braindead signal that just says inhale carbs.. I also think Im going to try to focus on other things I can do like add more activity to my day (cant hardcore exercise for awhile), drink water, add fruits and veggies so that even if I do have trouble weaning off the crappy food, Ill have other things to physically and mentally motivate me.. I love PT and the support it gives us!

I WISH I had one thing. I have a friend that gave up fries and lost 30lbs. Another that gave up soda and lost a bunch of weight. However, I really don't think that I have any unhealthy habits that I do enough that if I stopped, it would really make a difference.

my ability to get distracted lol
I'll be on a roll, be losing weight and then BAM, busy with school, stop paying attention to anything and gain 10 lbs without noticing (believe me, at 5'9 it's easy..especially when you end up the same clothes size).
I need discipline!

Any and all soda, coke, diet coke.....all of it and any thing alcohol to mix with it rum, etc. If I dropped all that for 30 days. Wow, I'm sure.
