Snacks that fill up but you don't feel guilty about.

I just thought we could share a list of snacks that fill us up but we don't feel too guilty about:-
1) Bake pita chips with Picante medium salsa. I eat just 5-6 chips and it gets rid of my craving to eat potato chips.
2) Dried fruit bars at Traders joe. I love the passion fruit one.
3) Yoplait yogurt original with bluberries.
4) Dole mixed fruit/madarin oranges in lite syrup just 80 cals a cup.
So lets share our favorite snack foods while we diet

My snacks/ weird or not, I enjoy them

1)Jr baby food. The pureed fruit is really delicious. Because it is made for babies the ingredients are sugar-free just smooth fruit(peaches and bananas are both delicious). Also the desserts are sugar-free and good:Vanilla custard.. peach cobbler, and the mango dessert are all great.

2) Today i made this up and really enjoyed it: A salted rice cake(i used a brown rice cake), then put some lite hidden valley ranch dressing on it and I then sliced a banana and a red washington apple (skin slices so more crisp) and put it on the rice cake with the dressing. Salty/sweet/crunchy and creamy.
If you don't like the dressing...I also enjoy a salted rice cake with either a banana or an apple (mix of sweet and salty).

3) baby carrots with some lite ranch dressing.

4) cucumber taziki from trader joes with wheat crackers.

5) can of fresh cut corn. Corn tastes great. If you cook, corn on the cob without alot of butter is good too.

felt like cheating: only 150 calories

I felt guilty the entire time I ate it because it tasted so indulgent and amazing..but it's only 150 calories. Wallaby yoghurt Dulce de Leche. Oh my! So smooth and rich and creamy and delicious!!! All of the Wallaby yoghurts are great if you can find them. They do have evaporated cane juice in them. But these are the best yoghurts on the market (according to me). I feel like I just ate a rich, fattening dessert. (I hope it wasn't fattening.) Try it!

tea

some teas are really fun and satisfying. The good earth original blend tea is so good! Spicy and sweet. I like my tea with a bit of soy milk for added creaminess.
