enjoyed the vido, just a few thoughts. no, weight loss wont bring happiness, but it can bring a sense of achievement that means even more. to finally accomplish what has been a life-time burden, to be able to say " I stuck to it, I had the courage and the fortatude to follow thru with my dreams" that is beyound measure.
