Lose weight on your thighs

I have such trouble buying jeans that fit!! They fit everywhere, nicely, except my thighs. How can I get the fat on the outside of my thighs to go down and not jut out so much? They're called saddleback thighs and they don't fit into jeans. I've heard you can get liposuction but then I heard if you gain weight it goes right back into weird places. Help me please! I just want to look good in a pair of jeans. Is that so much to ask?

Burning calories is a solution to decreasing your body fat, and heart-pumping cardio is working to make that happen. BestAssignmentService.com Choose the sorts that burn the most calories, such as biking, jumping rope, and jogging.

As you'll hear from everyone, it's impossible to predict where you'll lose weight. Target toning is a myth. But lateral movement has always helped me shrink my thighs, such as in aerobics. Things like grapevines, shuffles, speed skaters, etc. are lateral movement and work the muscles on the inside and outside of the thigh, building muscle while burning fat and therefore shrinking the size of the thighs.

Good luck with your goals!

Agree with the pp. Additionally, what you'll see the What Not To Wear crew recommend - buy jeans that fit your legs and have them tailored at the waist. It's worth the few extra bucks to look good right now in your clothes.

You cannot predict where you will lose weight. You can predict if you will lose weight, if you eat the right foods.

This is a short guide we developed that you can download free from this page. It includes a unique incentive system, where you get rewarded for healthy eating. Meaning, if you eat a certain amount of greens, you'll have more wiggle room for stuff you truly enjoy.

This is a review of two books that we have seen help people in the PEERtrainer community tremendously over the last 4 years. Highly recommended. These books were written by the same guy who developed the point system that you see all over Whole Foods now in the US:
