Yesterday, I weighed less than the day I graduated high school!

Just wanted to let you all know that it is possible! I'm approaching my 1-year anniversary on PeerTrainer (April 30th), and the year has paid off!!! My habits have improved sooo greatly - I can actually eat 2 bites of something yummy, and then stop, because I'm actually satisfied by those bites (never EVER used to think that'd be possible!) And I can pretty much eat what I want, because what I want has changed, and, mostly, the quantity that I want has changed! Stick with it!!! After a year, it gets easy!!! (Okay, easier!)

considering I was very overweight in high school

I am proud to say I weigh 40 pounds less than when I graduated, which was almost 11 years ago. I am happy to have my weight (mostly) under control.

OP here...

To the 6:44pm poster - congratulations!!! Way to go with controlling your weight!

I graduated high school 6 years ago (class of 2000), and though the weight came on slowly, this will be the first year of my life in which I lose, rather than gain! Sunday I weighed less than when I graduated high school; Monday and today, a little more, but, the important part is, I got there!!! And I'll get there again! And everyone else can do it too!!!

I admire everyone on Peertrainer, especially those with a longer journey than me. I did spend my first 4 months on Peertrainer mostly gaining rather than losing, but everyone's advice finally got to me, and I couldn't have done it w/o Peertrainer!

Awesome job!

At the moment, I'm hoping to get down to my wedding size (13-1/2 yrs ago!)

It's funny, how that weight sneaks up on you and one day, you look in the mirror and wonder what happened!

Great job-- now that you have made it there--I'm sure you'll appreciate your body even more in the future! ;-)

It is really nice achievement, Bro! It is really cool that you can talk about school years with happiness. As for me, I hate school for its writing works. I've used different writing services and all of them have different quality of work, different prices, and offers. From my personal experience, I would recommend these dissertation writers. I've never been dissatisfied with their work.

Wow, it is very strange to hear. It seems like you've been through stressful time and that's why you lost your weight. Personally. I had this situation when I wasn't able to finish my thesis on time and at the very latest moment I got an essay written by CustomWritings.com
